An exclusive four course wine pairing dinner featuring winemaker Jesse Katz
Foraged Kitchen and Raw Bar presents a limited seating wine pairing dinner with wine extraordinaire Jesse Katz, owner of Aperture Cellar Wines. On 27th May guests will be invited to indulge in the finest wines, handpicked to compliment a delicious four course meal.
Jesse Katz is one of the most respected wine professionals in California. He was the first winemaker ever to be included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, a Wine Enthusiast 40 Under 40 Tastemaker, and had been named a Wine Spectator Rising Star.
Guests will be seated before being blindfolded and plunged into darkness for this intimate event, specially designed to eliminate external distractions and amplify the senses.
Each course will be paired with wine from Aperture Cellars, selected by owner and winemaker Jesse Katz himself. Jesse will be guiding guests through each course as they partake in an evening filled with incredible food and phenomenal wine, as well as providing plenty of tasting tips!
Tickets cost just $125pp and include a four course meal with a variety of hand selected wines.
